How are these products delivered?
We can tailor the delivery of our products to meet your needs, using CD-ROM, the Internet, intranets, extranets, local area networks, DVD, and wireless communication. Please contact us to discuss customized delivery platforms.

What is your return policy?
Users may return unopened software within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Defective software may be returned within 60 days for a product replacement.

How do I know if the software will work on my laptop?
For CD-ROMs, you can use the software on any laptop or desktop with the following minimum requirements:

  • CD-ROM drive with speakers and a sound system
  • CPU 200 MHz or faster
  • Display resolution of 800x600 or more (1024x768 ideal) and color palette set on high
  • Disk space of at least 5MB
  • Any browser supporting JavaScript™ and Java™ applets, including Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 or later and Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later

No, you may not. Our content is copyrighted. Copying in any form is prohibited. However, if you refer a friend or colleague to our products, that person will receive a 10 percent discount by mentioning your name in the order form, and you'll receive a 10 percent discount on any future products you buy.
